There is a 50%
non-refundable deposit on all tents. Other items do not require a
deposit but every order must be secured with a credit card number
for security purposes.
The 50% deposit that is
taken for the tents is absolutely non-refundable. You may not use
this deposit for another date or in exchange for other items. This
deposit is taken to reserve the size of tent as well as the date of
your event. No exceptions will be made to this policy
A frame canopy has side
poles but has no center poles. The Genesis tent contains aluminum
center poles at varying intervals as well as the side poles.
