Deliveries are tailgate deliveries, customer responsible for helping to unload unless they are paying for set-up and tear-down.

Set-up and tear-down service is available for most items and is priced per piece, and by difficulty of location.

For any event B&B Rental Service provides the service of set-up & tear-down per your specifications.

Delivery and pick-up prices are determined by location and the amount of items rented.

Payment for rental items is due at time of delivery unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

All Rentals that leave store are final.  There are no refunds for unused items.

There is a $39.00 charge for all checks returned by the bank for any reason.

Party Rental Items are sent out clean and ready to use.  Party Rental Items should be returned to us clean.  Missing/damaged/dirty items will incur additional charges.

Linen Rental Policy:  All linens should be returned to us free of food & debris.  We charge for all damage to linens i.e. cigarette burns, stains, candle wax and mildew.  To avoid charges, please make sure all candles & centerpieces are not directly on linens.  Never put wet or damp linens in plastic bags, they will make mildew instantly.

All china & glassware are to be returned to us washed & free of all food to avoid additional charges.
